It depends on scope, which is why we scope first. A focused internal tool can be live in a few weeks. A full product is usually two to three months. Either way, you see working software every Friday from week one.
Every build is fixed-price, scoped to what you actually need. We give you a clear quote after scoping, so there are no surprise invoices. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer with the same rule: one number, agreed up front.
Often, yes. We start with a review of the code, security and infrastructure, tell you honestly whether it's worth keeping, and quote a fixed price to get it production-ready. Sometimes the right answer is to rebuild the foundations and keep the parts that work.
You see progress every week, so there are no big surprises at the end. If something isn't right, we fix it in the next sprint. We also include a month of post-launch support on every project.
